We bought a 2014 motor home from Camping World in April. The day we picked it up, we stopped for gas on the way home, and my husband noticed that the large slide was not in all the way on one end.

When we got home, I called our salesman and he referred us to the service department. The service advisor was snotty and tried to tell me that it was not like that when we picked it up. After battling with the service manager, we managed to get them to look at it and do the necessary repairs. We then took a five-week trip, during which the slide acted uk again, the slide topper came loose and tumbled down the side of the unit while we were driving in high winds, and one of the window shades came crashing off the wall.

When we got home, we then started the painful process of trying to get the thing fixed, during which we had to wait for "approval" for the repairs under the Good Sam warranty that they ripped us off for. It was supposed to be "bumper to bumper" Lies! Only some things were covered, many things are excluded. It is the end of August now, and parts hever showed up.

They don't answer the phone, and if you do get to talk to them, they have an attitude. Enough was enough. We went to another dealership that is locally owned, and could not believe the difference.

The employees are happy, and treat you like a customer, not a nuisance. We will never go back to that fiasco of a company again.
