When we agreed on what camper we wanted,it was a deal ok,we noticed some things wrong with,minor stuff,they said give them 1 week to fix problems,no big deal,a week later we did a final walk through and it wasn't the camper we bought,sales lady said yes it is,no it isn't we replied,our couch was creme and there was no washer/dryer in this unit so they realized they made a mistake,ok so they took us to our camper and of coarse the problems we noticed never got fixed,so we agreed to bring it back toward end of year to get fixed,no problem they said,we dropped it off in early October to take care of those issues and warranty issues,there was a bubble intruding out on front cap,was told it was a factory defect,warranty would fixit,ok piece of trim bowed out by fridge,warranty would handle it,and a seal on door,all of this was covered under warranty,2 weeks later they called and said we have a problem,the yard guy was moving it into building and hit a pole,I said stuff happens just fix it,we was told passenger side lower skirting was damaged,so we called several times to our advisor,well no one called us back,finally got ohold of someone,your server advisor doesn't work here no more,what was the issue with your camper,I said are you kidding me,so we told them the whole story over again,they called us in January said it was done,when we got there we waited 1.5 hours our camper was still not pulled around yet,then they took us to it,well all the warranty work was not fixed,the trim piece was stapled in,you could see the staples they wasn't even in all the way and they was exposed,and the wood trim was scraped on ground or something,it was worse after they fixed it,the front cap was repaired and it still has a bump sticking out,we was told originally that the passenger side got it hit,come to find out it was the drivers side,we have pics of damage,they put the wrong decal on it,ours was creme the one they put on was white,they said we didn't even fix that side,here is a pic of it,she said your right,there was overspray and glue on the side they replaced,and our door handle step was hanging off,it wasn't like that we said,here is a pic that's not even our handle,so we left it there and rick the service manager said he will personally handle this camper give him 2 weeks it would be done,month later I called,well guess what,rick no longer works there,2 service favors,1 service manager who we was dealing with no longer works there,you know what camping world you can keep my camper it's time for legal action,I've had enough,I would never ever recommend this place to know one,this is our 3rd new camper within 5 years and to get treated like this is disgusting
