My partner Shelby and I bought a 2017 hartland Pioneer,we signed the paperwork on 07/15/2016 and the unit was delivered on 07/18 to our camp site. Upon delivery, the delivery driver told us the stereo didn’t work and that they had to order a new one and he would probably be the one to come back out to install the new radio. The driver was in a rush because it was after 5 and he had been waiting on us to get there to meet him, (we were not there because we had been told the delivery had been canceled for that day and they would have to bring it the next day, then we get a call from the driver that he is at the gate of our campground waiting on us)

We start to inspect the trailer and right off the bat there are all kinds of issues (something as simple as a missing speaker cover on the ceiling and the amplified antenna not connected in the wall), and it was filthy with build material like it had not been prepped for delivery. We called our salesman Mike the next day with a list of issues, again we get the run around and around! They finally agree to come pick the unit up for the repairs, which they did on 08/11/16. Many calls later with no reply, no update as to what is going on with the trailer, My partner Shelby Isner goes up there to speak with the General Manager Mike Coyle, but of course he is not there because it’s a holiday weekend , nor is the service manager there. She speaks to another guy there and he does some checking and finds that they are showing our trailer has been done since 8/31 but no one called us to let us know that so we had canceled our camping trip thinking they were sill working on it. He tells us we are out of luck for the holiday weekend unless we run home and get the truck, otherwise he would “do us a favor and deliver it on the following Tuesday. So we took that option.

The trailer was then delivered to us on 9/6/16 to our home, the driver backed it in the driveway and then left. We should have inspected the trailer then but we didn’t go over it until the next day at which time we find damage to the trailer on the L/H side, it has been pulled into something or something has backed into it. We took pictures and sent them to our salesman and asked that he send them to the GM.

We never got a call so we again started calling, we finally got a call back from Mike Coyle he was very apologetic and assured we would get a call back that day to make arrangements to resolve our problems,,,,,,, that was 8 days ago, we have yet to get a call from anyone!!

The is the most horrible purchasing experience we have ever had, I would never recommend that anyone do business with this company, and had I read all the bad reviews from other poor suckers that bought from these people, I would not have either!!

This person wrote the review because of damaged or defective of 2017 heartland rvs pioneer 250rl rv from Camping World. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1000 and wants Camping World to "i want the damage to my trailer fixed and i want all the problems with the trailer fixed, im not asking for much!!!!!".

The most disappointing in user's experience was this place is a joke and customer service here sucks. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
