We took our RV into McGeorge in Ashland, VA in May to have 3 of the side panels repaired. We were told in early July that one of the new doors had come in damaged from the manufacturer and one was missing so they would need to reorder.

We were then told in August that the body shop could just repair the damaged door that was received. In September we were told that they were ordering two new doors from the manufacturer and it would be another month before the repairs were completed. We were not able to use our RV all summer and now it looks like we won't be able to use it for our fall vacation which was planned for early October. Our insurance company paid McGeorge in June for the repairs!

We've left 3 messages for the General Manager and she has not returned any of our phone calls. We've left 2 messages for the Service Manager and he has not returned any of our phone calls. We've left numerous messages with the Service Representative and never get a return phone call. I emailed Camping World's Complaint Department and did not receive any response.

At this point, I have zero confidence in McGeorge's ability to complete this repair. We will never take our RV here for service again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $8900.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Business has no ethics, Responsibility avoidance.
