Extremely irritated with the Longmont Camping World. We purchased a 30 foot 5th wheel camper and had issues from the point of purchase and it still continues.
Needless to say our paperwork was never forwarded to the bank that we are supposed to bank with and our first payment was due on 04/23 but we have no account number? Does this mean the camper is free? We have had nothing but issues and can't get anyone from the company to return our call? This is by far customer service and not to mention we had friends with us who ended up purchasing a 5th wheel as a referral around the same time frame and we were supposed to get a $100 GIFT CARD FOR THE REFERRAL, that never happened as well.
This place needs some serious help and maybe after a lawsuit things will change and our camper will cost nothing but the reminder of complete *** for customer service "free" should be the penalty for not sending our information to the bank??
We will never shop at this location ever again. "CAMPING WORLD LONGMONT SUCKS AND YOU NEED TO GET YOUR *** TOGETHER"..
