I recently purchased a ac unit that of which was not in stock the delivery date was 2 weeks. Only to get a call later it would be longer cause the shipping was delayed.
So I reached out and spoke with a rep only to be told he has 3 black ac units in stock. Different ones. When I get up there they loaded the u it in my car half way home we look it’s the wrong colored unit.
This won’t be a issue if we were down the road but we were two hours away. When I went back to make the return they messed up and didn’t credit me full amount, still pending a resolution.
