With all the dissatisfaction with CW, makes one wonder..........Why anyone would want to work for a Company, that lacks Leadership, Integrity and Management Guidance. Truly a lack of Management.

Marcus lamonis , like our government, got too big, too fast and has lost all control. He should start over and work with his Teams and Dealership Managers and figure it out! We too have complaints and have had the same experience's, as listed here. (St Augustine CW- Dusty's -Bartow) However, there are some employees, who do a very good job at customer service.

Robert Burden (TPA-CW) being one of them. He has constantly stayed in contact with us on our service and replacement parts on our new Heartland Landmark. Our Salesman has been of no assistance at all. Perhaps Mr.

Lamonis can listen to these employees and see how they manage to give good customer service and manage their time, when the rest can't figure it out. We are still waiting on the cancellation refund on an extended warranty, which was to be cancelled, last November! Also, still waiting on the $100 gift card for recommending a customer , who purchased an RV .

Really like shopping at CW, but there are other stores. I hope they can get it figured out, before they go out of business!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

The reason they work there is that they share the same lack of integrity. They all lie and scam folks.

There was warranty fraud going on at the Bartow Camping World, but nothing was done about it when corporate was contacted. No one at Camping World cares. It's all about profit and greed and nothing more.

I'll find someone who cares about the warranty fraud. ***, it's making Camping World more money - so of course they don't care.
