I ordered last year and had good results. This year same items ordered.

Took 2 weeks to get part of the order. Other part back ordered. Did get half of the set yesterday. Can not get ahold of them to get this fixed.

They do not answer the phone or emails. These locks to be keyed alike and they sent me one lock? No way they will be keyed alike by sending one at a time.

This will have to go back and hopefully get a refund or my item I ordered.

This company will not be around long doing business like this!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $66.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Hold time and customer service.
