In May 2014, my husband, Bobby Williams and I purchased a 2014 Keystone Outback 316RL, brand new from Camping World 4871 McIntosh Rd in Dover. It has spent over half of the time we have owned it in the shop. We have not been able to use it, but are still making payments on it It has been in the shop at Camping World 3 times, the first to make repairs to the motors for the slideouts. The second for minor repairs and to tighten the cables on the slideouts, for a total of 4 months This time the trailer was put in the shop because the slideout shifted and caused damage to the roof and caused the frame to flex when the slideout was extended and retracted. We took the trailer in for repairs Dec 5, 2014. In Jan 2015 we were told the repairs had been completed and went to look at the trailer. The repairs were not only not completed, they hadn't been started. Our trailer had been backed into another RV by staff at Camping World causing damage which has since been repaired. We were told in June that the repairs were finished and it was ready to be picked up. My husband went to Camping World and discovered that some of the trim was missing and out trailer had been cleaned. While cleaning, all of our possessions had been removed and thrown away and the tag was missing, the tag has been replaced. Unfortunately the trim is no longer available from the manufacturer. We are still waiting for the trim to be replaced and our trailer to be completed. Our trailer was brand new. We have only been able to use it 3 times between May 2014 and December 2014 . We have contacted Keystone, but have gotten no resolution. We have contacted Camping World's CEO, no help there either. I hope you can help us.Sincerely,Laura Williams
