I took my camper in for warranty service and for 17 days no one worked ob it .I called to check on it and was told they lost the paper work and they would call me back .
No one returned the call so I called back and got a different story but still nothing had been repaired. I called 2 days later and inquired on what was going on with my camper and that I was getting aggravated.
I was told that I didn't need to have an attitude because it wouldn't help matters and if I wanted to have an attitude I could come and pick up my camper and they would not make repairs.So I had to contact the service manager and talk with him but 20 days after I dropped it off I have to pick it up for my family vacation and take it back when I return so that the work can be completed that should have already been done .
