I took my camper in for warranty service and for 17 days no one worked ob it . I called to check on it and was told they lost the paper work and they would call me back .
No one returned the call so I called back and got a different story but still nothing had been repaired. I called 2 days later and inquired on what was going on with my camper and that I was getting aggravated.
I was told that I didn't need to have an attitude because it wouldn't help matters and if I wanted to have an attitude I could come and pick up my camper and they would not make repairs. So I had to contact the service manager and talk with him but 20 days after I dropped it off I have to pick it up for my family vacation and take it back when I return so that the work can be completed that should have already been done .
