Camping world and it's corporate office and Wentzville store are completely unprofessional.They do not reply to calls or emails, and there pioneer camping line is junk, I camped in mine for 2 days and the walls came apart, the sink lines leaked and destroyed the cabnets, lights didn't work, water heater didn't work.

Decals were coming unstuck.. The list goes on. And there camp sites with good Sam's are a joke they change the membership prices all the time and the staff at the campgrounds are for the most part rude. They do not do good business or care about there customers, I would never recommend anything about the stores or the company as a whole.

And takes months to get anything fixed.Here are just a few pictures of my new 2018 pioneer.

It's so easy to say bad things about Camping World, but did they build your camper? I don't thing so

You have failed Complaining 101.

Communicating your displeasure via calls and e-mails is inadequate and usually incomplete.

You must initiate such contact in writing and provide to the appropriate address via Certified Mail return receipt requested.

You will then have an ironclad timeline in case you don't get results.

Be direct - be concise - be polite.

List items in order of severity.State the solution you desire.

Try to keep the letter to one sheet face only. It's OK to whine and carp here but it won't help you get anything done.

P.S.When you write that letter, use spell check and also watch out for homonyms like there, their, and they're.
