Took my rv in for repairs in March they kept it for four weeks and repaired one 1 out of 4 items. About a one hour adjustment to controls of jacks.
They said they would call me when parts came in waited 6weeks for a call

Became frustrated and took to do repairs myself. Took me three hours to complete. Never did understood that we had problems with our convection oven. They kept telling us our microwave worked fine.
Great people to work with but lack basic technical and communication skills. My suggestion would be to have opportunity to talk directly to technician and include service manager.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
