Bought a Jayco travel trailer with posted price at $24,349. The flyer inside the trailer distinctly stated (below said price)
Save $1000 if financed through camping world, which by all practical means would make the trailer $23,349. The salesman also clearly stated the stabilizer package would be included in the price. Once back in the showroom the paperwork appeared confusing/nebulous. Now the
$1000 off for financing I was told was already a part of the $24,349. Not at ALL
the way it appeared in trailer flyer. Then the stabilizer that was guaranteed part of the deal was added on at close to $500. Salesman stated "we" misunderstood him
which is total BS! Then all of the added taxes and misc costs that were not mentioned during negotiation were added and now my trailer was over $26,000. I was incredulous with the sneakiness and unscrupulous nature of Camping World. We should have walked out, our bad. We were in knee deep before we realized this business has absolutely no moral compass! Never again and now my mission to is to earn the world about the shady tactics employed at Camping World!!!
