Camper was in for warranty work tried to find out what was happening.

Their service department does not answer their phone no matter what time you call.

You have to leave messages and If you are lucky they may return your call. After several messages over several days they will finally call back. It is extremely frustrating trying to get in touch with them. and this is the normal not the exception.

They also act like they are doing you a favor when you do talk to them. At one point I sat in front of the building and called service. The receptionist came back on after many rings of the service departments phone and said they were with customers.

I could see the srvice desk and there were no customers there. This has to be the worst service department I have ever dealt with.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of camping world warranty. Camping World needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
