On July 5,2012 in Golden, Colorado we went to pick up our 2012 Jayco, Jay Flight TT. We received a loan from our C.U. in L.A. However, when they brought us to our new TT it was the wrong one. The *** salesman of 20 years wrote the wrong stock #. Now they want us to make up the difference in the price for the one we thought we bought. We did not pay more but our loan had to be over. Now, we are waiting to register it and they lost our paperwork. We are now in L.A. California and we are unregistered. I'm pissed!! We wrote a letter to the CEO Mr Marcus, who had someone call us immediately to fix our problem. To make a long story short, we ended up upgrading into a 2012 Coleman fifth wheel from Arizona Camping World. It was sent to Bakersfield for PDI, then brought to our campsite and swapped out. we saw a lot of problems and we should of had them take it back, but we listed all the problem 20 items and sent an email out to the VP who set up the deal. 5 months later we are still in the defective trailer that was suppose to be a "new" one which is not!! No manuals, no remotes, hole in air mattress, water damage from leaking hoses, wiring not crimped, air leaks through out unit, mold in closet and living area, kitchen floor sinking, total damage from estimate over $12,000.00 just in labor for a $30k unit. What the ***!!

Aren't there any lawyers around to take care of this corrupt organization taking advantage of the "camping world"??????

Besides the fact, Dutchman put the exit light on the wrong side of the door so when you open the door to exit it cast a shadow on the stairs and I fell. Now I have L3&4 disc slipped and a pinched nerve.

Dutchman said it's camping worlds' fault for accepting the unit. But, still where is the PDI from Bakersfield, CA. We are sure they never did one and if they did a blind person could of done better!!!!

Monetary Loss: $35000.

Had an Experience with Camping World?
