I called the San Bernadino, CA service 2 1/2 weeks before I wanted an appointment and was told the appointments started at 8:30 am> I said I wanted 1:00pm and was then asked, "What am I going to do with my guys from 8:30 till you want to come in at 1:00 pm?"
I explained that I was taking the trailer out of storage in Long Beach, CA at 10:00 and would be there at 1:00 or before. I was then told if it was in storage I could take it out anytime and I should bring in om Monday.
I told him I worked and couldn't make it and after some more of his arguing I told him I was getting nowhere and wanted to talk to the manager.
I was told his name is Dave and he wouldn't be in for a couple days so I just hung up.
I bought the tongue jack at this store from some very nice helpful people but the service department is/was a big disappointment. I'll probably return the jack and go to my local RC dealer who will charge me more but install it on MY TERMS!
