We scheduled an appointment at the Tucson Camping World to have a vent/fan installed in our trailer. We paid for the vent and service ahead of time and arrived 15 minutes early.

They had us disconnect upon arrival and said it would be done within the hour. We checked after waiting 45 minutes and the trailer had not moved. We asked other people in the service department and they just said that it shouldn't take too much longer. After waiting another 30 minutes we approached the service reps again.

They said they were really backed up and no one was free to install the vent yet. The employees, I feel, were very inconsiderate of our time and energy.

We were given a refund and they did move the trailer out from where they parked it so we could hook it back up ourselves. Two hours of frustration and lousy customer service.

I didn't like: Disliked whole experience, Them stealing my money, Being uniformed about their scheduling.
