I dropped my 5th Wheel off 10 days ago to have damaged THEY did to it repaired, called today to find out the status and they claim there is "no work order", interesting, I am sure i will get a bill nonetheless. The gentleman Joe I spoke with on the phone was rude, condescending and not very professional.

They initially gave me a quote of $110 when I took it in and within 30 seconds it jumped to over $150.00 This company has no respect for it's customers, nor does it stay true to it's word. My father has been taking the 5th wheel there since 1993 and IF they find it, it will never go back.

Monetary Loss: $1800.
