We bought a brand new travel trailer from the Harrisburg office last fall. First the sales person had some bogus "hidden" numbers in the sales contract, that if we had not caught them, would have cost us a few thousand dollars due to their math errors.

We no sooner brought the trailer home from the purchase than it was literally coming apart at the seams- and we have never used it!. We returned it to Harrisburg and were told it would be fixed in less than 6 weeks. They have now had it for over 3 MONTHS and have done nothing to it but put some tape on the seams!! They keep saying the new parts for repair are coming UPS - but they never show up.

I think since this is warranty work and they aren't making any money on it, they don't care if they get it done or not. I think it's time to get a lawyer involved.

I wish I had never stepped into the place. They are horrible service providers.
