Took our camper (brand new) that was bought from camping world back to do warranty work on 5/22 and picked it up 6/14 with all kinds of excuses why the warranty work could not be done. They damaged our new trailer ....

we haven’t taken it anywhere except to camping world for all kinds of “warranty” work. They kept it for almost 3 weeks and when we got it back .... loads of our fishing gear ($1000) were stolen off under where the batteries were that they were supposed to be checking.

They never returned our calls asking where our things were. And never made claim that the stuff was even on there!

Want to deal with a dealer that will turn it's back on you after the sale? Camping World is your place.

NO warranty support whatsoever. No customer service. Questions never answered. Couldn't even get the GM to return an inquiry after handing him a personal, hand-written note (polite, by the way).

When you are in the buying mode they can't seem to do enough for you. Once you hook-up and drive away, you become a forgotten item.Accessory prices are NOT competitive - you can do as well at Cabela's or Bretz. Even the factory is disgusted with the Camping World relationship - I personally spoke with the Indiana facility.

If I had it to do over again I'd look for a private sale, a consignment location or another dealer. Ethics is NOT their strong suit.
