We bought a New 2015 Jayco Jayflight. We where sold the interior/ exterior sealant package. They had us take the trailer home before the package was applied to the trailer, due to there service department was booked and they would not be able to do the work for a while. They said they would call us when they had time to apply the sealants, a promised to wash and detail the trailer before the sealant was applied.

They did call and setup the appointment, and we brought the trailer in. A week later the called and told us they had finished and we could come in a pick up the trailer. When we inspected the trailer it had the same bugs and road dirt as when we dropped it off, I questioned the service writer at the time and he promised us it had treated with the sealant and it was good to go.

We had the trailer back for about a month when we got a call telling us that they had to replace some of the Jayco decals. We told them that we would have them replaced when we came in for the fall inspection.

Over the summer we used the trailer, there where times that we used it in the rain. The trailer developed black streaks that would not come off. We worked for hours on trying to clean the streaks.

When we took the trailer in for the fall inspection, we showed them the streaks and they said they would take care of it, when they replaced the decals. They had the trailer for three weeks, when we picked the trailer up the streaks where still there, the decals had bubbles in them and the trailer had dents in the front and sides.

We talked to the manager and he said they would make it right, the service writer took pictures said she would setup appointment when parts for repairs came in.

This morning she called and said the decals where in and needed to setup appointment, when questioned her on the dents and damage that happen at there shop she denied that they ever damaged the trailer.

We will not be taking our trailer back this Camping World, they lie. there work is sup-pare at best

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Bad repairs.
