I cannot believe that Camping World is still in business what with the worst Corporate Customer Service I've ever seen.We had sold our RV on consignment with a local Camping World.
The unit was sold and delivered to the new customer on June 30th. The dealership told me that the check was being issued by their Corporate office and not locally. When I hadn't received it by the the end of July, I began making my calls to their corporate headquarters. If you are considering calling them, please don't waste your time or energy.
They are totally inefficient, don't return calls, and honestly, don't give a *** about their customers.
I worked for Ford Motor Company my entire life, and if a customer reached out to Corporate for any reason, that issue became a priority and was resolved ASAP.Shame on Camping World for not even coming close to that benchmark!
