First, whatever you do don't buy the worthless extended warranty or at least make sure you read all of the exclusions. Had my motorhome home for some repairs, all of the issues were cabin related but none were cover by the service plan per the insurance company. They had an exclusion for every issue. Of course, camping world didn't help fight them. When I called to get an explanation all they would say is what exclusion it fell under no explanation as to why. Just FYI, had a water system issue, they said it was contamination or corrosion, what else can go wrong but that. Leaks all over the cabin not covered. Screws popping out of the slide, not covered.

Second complaint is with Camping World service, they charged 1.5 hours to diagnose that the front driver and passenger side windows rattle. I tapped on the windows in front of the service people when dropped off. There are double charges on almost every item they worked on. Some of the items have repeat charges 2 or 3 times.

So, if your in the market for a new or used RV beware Camping World. Yea, they got great prices but you'll pay when you have service done.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
