Customer service

They sold us a camper last September. It we were in an auto accident in March and the camper had some front damage...mainly two storage doors and one arm of the awning.

$6000 estimate....mainly labor costs. Not even complaining about that since it is an insurance claim but it's now 3rd week of June and just informed one part is incorrect so have to reorder and approximately another 2 weeks before that comes in so who knows when we are getting our camper back. This type of service is unacceptable and we won't be buying from here again. They are more than happy to sell you a camper but then this kind of service stinks.

We didn't buy a camper for it to sit in the repair shop half the summer!

We can't even plan a trip not knowing when we will get it back. Very frustrating.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service with repair individuals, Having a hard time getting repairs made, Lack of response.
