Ordered a portable refrigerator/ freezer but was told it was back ordered. We would be traveling before it would arrive so we called camping world customer service to cancel the order.
It has been 3 weeks and no refund. We have called and submitted a request on line 3 times and no results. It only took seconds to order and take my credit card payment but a month or more for a refund. The web site has continually stated they are going through problems and I believe they need adult supervision.
Where is the quality control and who is responsible for such poor service. Marcus needs to reevaluate his level of management skills.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $856.
