I was billed for my order on the ninth. Several days went by and hadn't received a shipping date or tracking #.

On the 17th called "Order Processing" and they evidently needed to confirm billing info. Did that and was told I would receive my order in 3 to 4 days. Discovered a couple days later I was billed again on the 17th for the item. Then on the 19th I was credited for the second billing.

I thought great they realized I was billed twice and credited back the second one. It is now the 25th, still billed on the 9th, no order received. Called again, they tell me the order was cancelled and credited. No communication unless I call and when I do, nobody can help.

Not "Order processing"" and not "Customer Service".

Still billed on the 9th without any credit and still no product. Nice!
