this is a continuation of the first. after 4 months of waiting we finally took our FR3 to madison.
from 8am to 530 pm they managed to do 7 out of 15 total repairs. the counter top needed to be replaced so they managed to crack it while they were installing the new one - so quess what they did?? - they finished the job caulk and all. now even though it has been 4 months we are back to waiting again.
of course they say they are going to put a rush on it, HaHa,
maybe this time it will only take 6month.
i figure this time frame, since we pi---d them off by complaining about the work not getting done 9 and 1/2 hours. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
