Sent off a email complaint to Camping World Headquarters on Wednesday and it now Friday. The response from them is as good as the finance manager at the Tampa store.

NONE!!!!! This company really really sucks!

It's such a shame these days, it seems like no one cares anymore. Rving is suppose to be a fun, relaxing, no stress thing to do.

Why can't the employees that work at Camping World do what they say their going to do. If they fail in customer service, then get the *** out and let someone do the job your supposed to be doing!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fire *** employees .

I liked: Two salesman.

I didn't like: Finance manager.

I feel your pain. I gave up on Camping World in Richmond Indiana.

Countless employees that don't have answers and never follow up or call back.

We traded our 2015 rv in to a different dealer to avoid dealing with them any further.

It's funny! I still haven't heard from Camping World Headquarters after all this.

They must have so many complaints they can't get to all them. Thanks for you input and best of luck to you as well.
