i purchased a $1400 mattress and it showed in stock. i emailed to ask why it hadnt shipped and was told it was on backorder.

i asked why wasnt i notified of this, i wouldnt have bought it if it stated it was on backorder. i then went to the website and copy pasted the info showing they were even currently showing it in stock. the reply was, "I understand it is now showing in stock, availability changes as we receive items back into the warehouse.

This is actually good news, if it now available your order will ship shortly." a week later it still hasnt shipped so they lied stating it was in stock to begin with, continued to deceive others when they knew it wasnt in stock, and lied saying it was in stock again. first and last order with this company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
