Had a lot of electrical issues with my new Toy Hauler purchased from Fla store in Feb 2018. Brought it to NC where we live part-time and travel and the problems started right away (April 2018).
Melted wires and non-working AC topped the list. After weeks of frustration a guy named Tony Rork at the Fayetteville store got involved and changed the experience. He calls, texts, answers his texts and phone calls and kept us updated. Warranty was taking forever to approve so Tony led the charge to get us fixed, and have the store sort it out later with the Fla store it was purchased at.
Until Tony got involved with my repair, I swore I was done with CW in the future. Thanks to him I will continue to give them business.
