We started our motorhome search in Oct. 2017.

We decided right away that we wanted one. We live 100 miles from the dealer and we decided after we got home to call back and put some money down on it. We went back to get the vehicle a week later at the scheduled time and found out the awning didn't work and they had to order a part. they wanted us to take the vehicle and bring it back when the part came in.

Being that would mean another 200 mile trek that was not going to work for us. After arguing for 30 minutes they decided they could deliver the vehicle to us. As of Jan.4th 2018 we have found out the vehicle was stolen which nobody told us and there is still a hold on the title preventing the release of the title to our lein holder or ability for us to get a plate. We found out on our own from the tag office that the vehicle was stolen and still listed as stolen as of Jan 4th and it was still in the previous owners name not the dealers.

At this point we are going to try to get our money back and get our story out to everyone we can. All we get from the dealer is sorry and they don't want to except any responsibility at the store.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Lied to and deceived to make sale, Sales manager only cared when corporate got involved, Buying a stolen recovered vehicle without knowing it, People saying sorry without offering amends.
