I turned my camper in at the Biloxi store on the scheduled drop off appointment date and time on May 23rd 2018.

I was told they will get to it. Well get to it when I made an appointment??

Anyway here it is 4 weeks later and still no camper.

Nobody called us back so one week later I stopped in at the store and inquired as to the status. I was told the mechanic hadn't gotten to it or turned in a ticket for parts yet. I said ok ill check back in a week.

Two weeks went by and nobody had called us so my wife called them. The camper was waiting for parts at that time. 7 June.

We waited still no contact so we called them back again 14 June. The camper was done but they were waiting to get information from the warranty people to do the bill.

Here it is 20 June still no word from the store and still NO CAMPER.

Everybody we talked to on camp sites had nothing good to say about camping world no matter where they were from. If it wasn't for the warranty I would not have gone there. I will not use them again!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
