We purchased a FR3. At the time the slide for the table had cut the floor and we were told would be fixed and floor replaced.
We picked the unit up 17 days later and the floor had not been replaced as agreed. They had patched it which looked bad. We were told they would order a new floor and would take a month for it to come in. We took unit home set it up to put our stuff in.
(Never got to use). We went to put the bedroom slide in and it would not go in. We call the Camping World in Lubbock were we purchased. Were told they would have to call us back.
When they called the. Next day we were told they. Were doing repairs to there lot and it would be the middle of May before they could do anything. We said no they would do something sooner.
We were told to bring the unit in and to be careful making corners as the slide could fall out more. When we got to dealership we were told again that they only work on customers unit on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We were told y service writer that the more items we put on or list of what was not working the longer it would take to get it fixed. They said not to count on being fixed before April 15 as it would take that time to get parts.
We were again told they were pouring cement and could not get to the units to fix them.
The table slide cut the floor in a different place.
