Purchased new RV in October 2016. Scheduled an appointment in Feb.
for defective oven under warranty and dropped off at dealer Feb. 7. Picked it back up March 6 to use during Spring Break even though the problem was not fixed. They stated the replacement parts (thermocouple) would be in on March 15 so I would return the RV to the dealer after spring break to repair.
Made another appointment to return to have the work done and dropped it off at camping world on April 8. At that time I was told the part is in and I would have the RV back in a couple of days. I called them on March 26 because I have not heard from them and they said they received the wrong part and had to re-order it.
I have only owned this for 6 months and they have had it in the service department for more then a month and still counting. Appointments do not mean anything to these people.
