Sales team we worked with was quick and painless. Not knowledgeable at all though.
Two of the Sales staff we worked with have never camped before.
Now we had to have warranty work and so far we aren’t happy. Service advisor quit and we have not had anyone contact us since taking our camper in two weeks ago, after waiting a month for our appointment. Dealer prep was non-existent. Floors were dirty, ball was not tightened on hitch, hot water heater doesn’t work, no handle for our leveling jacks, speaker outside doesn’t work, and the spare wasn’t secured.
All this should have been caught during the prep. If we don’t hear from anyone next week we will contact Jayco for help on finding another place to handle our warranty work.
