This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Truly a nightmare. You would think after purchasing a 34,000 camper and buying an extended warranty that the company would go over and beyond for their customers when they have issues. I had simple repairs that needed done. It took two months to get my camper in and then they took over 2 1/2 to fix it. When I say simple I mean simple. 2 screws misses, a cracked board to the panel, excessive cocking, bent drawer.
Every time I would call I would get the run around excuse after excuse. I would leave voicemails with no return calls. I have numerous emails with even more excuses.
I’m so upset is because the Service Dept and Customer Service is HORRIBLE. On the brightside I should be grateful that it wasn’t anything major or I’d might not have my camper this year.
I will never ever go back to camping world Columbus/London.
