I called about issues with my brand new camper. An outside speaker was not working.
They had to order one. Two lights not working inside. They can't order parts until they diagnose it. Bad battery.
Drips from vents. One door pulled paint off of when they pulled the sticker off. They sent the door for me to install. ( I guess) I am not doing it.
Lose trim. Service representative not so friendly. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him everything. He said he was not my service rep.
Mine was out all week. Really? I will be looking for another place to get my camper serviced. Camping World service department (even though they have a new service manager) it not very good.
I was told they have 4 service reps and they each have over 100 customers.
I thought we are all their customers! Guess not!!!
