To all the customers of camping world

The way it works at Cw is if you have warranty issues, warranty ( the manufacturers) may pay let say 1 hour to do a repair the tech. Only get paid 1 hour even if it takes 5 hours. The same goes for most services.

So if they have a problem with your coach the tech.is the one who loses wages it a win win for Cw.The tech.may be working for penny's while Cw makes the money off the parts and the labor

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Pay the tech.to repair the units right and explain it to the customer.

I didn't like: Sloppy workmanship bad attitude.
