We had an appointment for 3 weeks to have warrenty work done on our RV.We were scheduled as a "waiter" and the issues would be addressed the same day.

When we arrived we were told "sorry" but nothing could be done for several more days. We told them we came several hundred miles out of our way and waited 2 days to make the scheduled appointment. At this time an employee started to laugh about our situation. We were told again "sorry" but nothing could be done and we were free to go somewhere else.

This simple task turned into a riduculous situation.

Although the service employess were pleasant to our faces we heard them talking disrespectully behind our backs...totally unprofessional!I will NEVER go to this shop again and would suggest that nobody else should either.
