Camping World of Breeze.Called for service appt they sid they were busy and scheduled me for 10 days later.

Dropped camper off and called a few times for status - always sent to voice mail and they never called back. Drove by a few times since my calls were never answered and was told the RV was awaiting technician. Finally got frustrated and picked up RV 10 days later and took it some where else - problem fixed next day.

When I picked up RV I was told they were still 2-3 weeks out in getting RV into service.

Should not schedule an appt if they can not meet it.

They asked if I was on road or lived in RV.Maybe if I answered yes I would have gotten some priority.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
