Bought a Palomino camper from Camping World, Longmont, CO. They also added Good Sam elite with a $500 price.

Turns out Good Sam insists the membership was free. And was for roadside assistance for a year. $500/yr roadside assistance. I got it on my auto insurance for $20.

Tried for 3 months to get warranty work done by Camping World Golden. They offer to schedule it in 6-8 weeks. Camper is unusable until then??

Both Good Sam and Camping World are SCAMS. Warranty work and elite membership are not important once your check clears the bank.

Avoid Good Sam and Camping World unless you just want to throw away money.

UPDATE: 9/19/13 Left 4 messages for Camping World "service??". No response. Left 2 messages for CW selling dealer.

Product or Service Mentioned: Camping World Warranty.

Monetary Loss: $500.

I agree the Camping World Service Department in Golden/Wheat Ridge is a big joke. I had an A/C on a motorhome go out during 4th of July weekend.

I went there on Monday and after diagnostic, a new A/C was ordered. A week later, the wrong A/C came in. Then ordered a new one with expected due in date of 7 business days. New one came in with wrong color shroud.

New one ordered and shipped to Colorado Springs CW as asked. Installed new shroud and told them A/C wasn't getting cold enough. Two days later A/C broke again. Took it to Albuquerque CW.

New A/C ordered with a condensation pump than Wheat Ridge CW failed to mention they didn't do. Also technician put silicone in drain tube.

Albuquerque CW, Russ, Service Manager and Jennifer Housand, Service Advisor corrected all of my problems with outstanding respect, professionalism, and customer service. If you have a choice, avoid at all costs Wheat Ridge CW.
