Purchased our first RV (used) from Roseville CA. One thing they don't do is a pre-purchase walk-thru with the customer.

The salesman said they would find everything wrong and fix it. They had two weeks to fix everything. During the post-purchase walk-thru, we found many items still not fixed or working. The Service Dept folks were fabulous!

We were there from 10am to after 6pm. Salesman recommended generators - said would run a/c and appliances. They don't! We tried the a/c and one appliance and the generators kept kicking off.

CW won't answer our e-mail or return call. Needless to say, we will reconsider the dealership for our next purchase.

Reason of review: Not as described.

I had trouble with the "What I Dislike" section. Every time I put something there, it went red and wouldn't accept anything.

Is this your way of beefing up the stats?! So what we disliked:

1. Salesman recommended generators that don't work as he described.

2.

No pre-purchase item-by-item walk thru.

3. Several items still not fixed or working when we did post-purchase walk thru.

4.

Camping World won't return our call or e-mail regarding generators.
