Not resolved

I ordered a kayak online and 6 days passed and no shipping info or tracking number provided. I needed to know where is my kayak and called the customer service.

Entire conversations were rude and not helpful and I asked to speak with a manager after calling customer service three times. She was more rude and She told me to cancel the order so that I don't need to deal with them instead of helping me. I only need the information for the item. They blamed on their vender because the vender doesn't pick up phone.

The kayak should be delivered 5-7days.

They don't take any responsibility and very rude customer service. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING from Camping world.
