We purchased a Class A Jayco from Camping World Asheville/Arden in October 2015. Based on the 2-year warranty, we took it back to the dealer for a punchlist December 2015 with a deadline of late March 2016.
When we picked it up, all outstanding punchlist items weren't fixed. So we returned it to the Asheville location within the month. On the second attempt to correct our issues, our next camping trip proved the issues were not resolved. So, we took the Motorhome to the Camping World Concord location, hoping for a better customer service.
Unfortunately we have found that Customer Service, regardless of location, is EXTREMELY POOR!! We took our Motorhome to the Concord location on November 11th with our outstanding punch list. We gave a gracious deadline of March 17 the following year for our next big planned trip. Today is March 17th and we have learned that we can't take our extended family in our Motorhome to a family wedding on April because it won't be ready.
Alternately, we must rent hotels for 4-6 family members.
It is difficult to justify the logic for the $$ monthly payment when it is not a available during important family milestones. Approximately 3/4 year of our 2-year warranty has been in the shop.

Preferred solution: Deliver the Motorhome to our address by March 28th with all issues resolved so we can attend a family wedding in Wilmington NC on March 29th. All outstanding issues should be resolved. .
