The service department in the Tampa store seems very disorganized. Every time info there, they act like it's a problem that I showed up without calling first. Also, the service technicians are always reluctant to help out when the one I've been using is busy.

Worst company ever..all they did was lie to us...sold us a unit that was suppose to be new but when we got home and really looked closer it was filthy..and a lot of things didnt work. It was our fault for not looking closer and beleiving them..but I had to clean for a whole day before we could use it and still havent got all the repairs done after a year! Stay awsy from this dealer
