Camping World - DONT BUY THE WARRANTY

Details
After taking our RV out for the second time, we found all sorts of things wrong with it. The weatherstripping was blowing off onto the road as we were driving, the shower door was installed crooked and wiuld leak whenever we would shower, when we turned on the AC it would rattle because the fan was hitting a piece of foam, the toilet stopped flushing and 10 other problems. We paid almost $3000 for the warranty and we called to tell them we wanted to bring it in to have all of these things repaired and they said there wasn’t one thing on our list that was covered by the warranty. IT IS A RIP OFF. BEWARE!!!!!!

I bought a travel trailer not to long ago, and yes at first everything is lovely, but beware they will try and upsale you at closing, and as far as the walk around they are at there worst, that lady that wears too much makeup stay away ANGELA I think is her name, yeah shes horible at showing you how everything works, I think she just hates her job. If you can go somewhere else do it, youve been warned.

They are your best friend when you are buying a camper BUT... after you buy it they want nothing to do with you. Their service is the worst service I've experienced in my life. The Service department doesn't respond to your emails or phone calls. When you finally do catch them they tell you what you want to here but NEVER do what they say they will do. I would never recommend Camping World of Pittsburgh to anybudy.

Still no call from store.. no idea on the status of my camper..

your dept contacted 2 weeks ago and said it would be done within the next 10 days.. again 2 weeks and no call or update of any kind from store..

this Friday will mark 2 months of payments to a camper I haven't seen or have any idea of its status.. pathetic service

After months of arguing over my awning your company agreed to fix awning regardless Forrest river paid for it or not.. now after dropping my camper off on sept.27th..(note: camping world contacted me to bring it in to fix stating repairs had all been approved and gave me a time line of 2 weeks for repairs ) nearly 4 weeks later i call to check and camper not yet touched excuse given was seeing if Forrest river is going to pay the bill.. one excuse after another.. cold weather coming told them camper is not winterized i will seek payment for damaged water lines if this happens while in your possession... remember your company told me to bring it in for repairs approved so why am i waiting for approval that supposedly have already gone thru..?????
