When we had a tire issue, unfortunatly campingworld on albequerque, nm did not have our tire size in stock being sunday and a holiday weekend could not get tires till tuesday, i was told they would call there supplier first thing on tuesday morning, when i called at 15 minutes after they had not called yet.I asked them to please call me after checking with the supplier so we could get loaded and checked out of our campsite.
After an hour snd 15minutes i called back as i had not recieved a call, the response was Oh yes hour tires were ordered and should be here in about 20 minutes. We packed up check out and got right over to the store. It took 30 minutes for the rep to get his computor going type everything up review the trailer, and list all we needed. When completed he walked the paperwork over to the repsir desk, while waiting we strooled the store thsn had a seat to wait for them to call our name as they had not taken any keys, my husband and son walked to the service desk to see how long they would be, when we were informed we where not even checked in yet, this was about 45 minutes after the rep walked the paper work over.
It has been another 45 minutes and our rig has not moved.
Of the few campingworld centers we have visited, this one has been the worst for service.I would rate this at about a half star
