I went to the Camping world here in Fayetteville, NC, I was looking for some parts and information for my camper.I was greeted by a lady at the parts department who told me i needed to speak to the guy behind her.
I explained to him i needed vent covers for my camper. He went on to explain what information i needed in a rude manner. As i pulled up the required information from the photos on my phone the guy completed ignored me. I looked at the lady and she just shrugged her shoulders.
The guy wouldn't respond to me then he was on the phone. After 15 minutes i had enough of the nonsense. Who ever that guy was needs a class on customer service and respect to people. At no point did i ever give him a reason to treat me like that.
I have since found another RV repair place that i will conduct my business with.This one employee cost you a customer.
