Bought 2017 Sanibel in April 2017. Went on the road for two months, a few things (fell apart). Needed parts and touch up paint after returning home. Took defective parts to service/parts department. Had a million reasons why they couldn't help me. Replacement parts took about 10 minutes to replace. Camping World wanted me to fill out warranty papers and bring RV to dealership. We all know how THAT works out.
Ended up BUYING the needed parts, still in need of touch up paint. Complained to the Manager in charge that day, Left and haven't been back ! You would think after buying an $82K RV you could get a little service.
NOT. I wouldn't buy holding tank sanitizer from this outfit !
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
