We purchased the Extended Warranty when we purchased our 2016 FR Berkshire. We purchased it Nov 30, 2016. First we have/had a Leak over the Living Room Slide. We took that in under the One Year Warranty under Forest River. We had the same water leaked worked on 3 times..Now hopfully it is fixed however neither Forest River or Our CW Extended Warranty refuses to cover the cost. Coming home from Florida in May the Living Room Slide would not close all the way. We took it in to America Rv and they have repaired the issue. HOWEVER, NOW CW EXTENDED WARRANTY IS REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS???

We paid $6,000.00 for the warranty and they are refusing to payfor what is suppose to be covered, reason unknown. The Coach was taken in for repairs several times..Until the Slide quit working properly they now say the tracks were rusty. Based on the Coach has never been in ice or snow there should be no reason.

I want to know WHY this was not covered. Has cost us additional app $1000.00

VERY VERY DISGUSTED WITH CW AND FR Since the leak was reported almost from day 1. Strange we have had a leak and then tracks being rusty same area.
